REFUND POLICY

At Onside Tours, we understand that circumstances may change and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for event registrations.
1. Balance Payments

Balance payments may be partially refundable if written notice of cancellation is received before the published payment deadline.

Refund amounts will vary depending on the timing of the cancellation:

60 days or more before the event: 75% refund of the balance payment.

30–59 days before the event: 50% refund of the balance payment.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refund available.

3. Event Cancellation by Onside Tours

If the event is cancelled by Onside Tours (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances such as venue closure or operational issues), participants will receive a refund of fees paid, excluding non-recoverable costs (e.g., flights, visas, insurance).

Where possible, we will offer the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled or alternative event.
4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided in the case of events outside our control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, health pandemics, or travel disruptions.
5. Travel, Insurance & Third-Party Costs

Onside Tours is not responsible for refunds on flights, travel arrangements, visas, or insurance policies booked independently by participants.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical needs, or travel disruptions.
6. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: info@onsidetours.com

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of confirmation.
7. Non-Transferable

Registrations are personal and cannot be transferred to another player without prior written approval from Onside Tours.
