TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in events, showcases, and services organized by Onside Tours (“we,” “our,” “us”). By registering for or participating in an event, you (“you,” “your,” “player,” “parent/guardian”) agree to these Terms.

 

1. Registration & Selection

  • Players must complete the official registration process and submit accurate information, including a playing profile.

  • Selection for squads is competitive and based primarily on football ability, with academic background as a secondary factor.

  • Places are strictly limited to 16 players per squad. Registration does not guarantee selection.

 

2. Payments​

  • Full payment must be made by the deadline specified in your confirmation email.

  • Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of participation.

 

3. Event Inclusions

Each player package includes (but is not limited to):

  • Accommodation, meals, transfers, training sessions, matches, and kit, as outlined in the event brochure.

  • Access to recruiting seminars and match film footage.

  • Exposure to U.S. college coaches attending the event.
    We reserve the right to adjust inclusions if necessary due to operational reasons, without materially reducing the value of the event.

 

4. Travel & Insurance

  • Players are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights to/from the event location unless otherwise specified.

  • Participants must hold valid passports, visas (if applicable), and travel insurance (including medical coverage).

  • Onside Tours is not responsible for travel disruptions, lost luggage, or issues arising from third-party providers.

 

5. Player Conduct

  • Players are expected to uphold high standards of behavior on and off the field.

  • Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct toward coaches, staff, teammates, or opponents will not be tolerated.

  • Breaches of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

6. Liability & Safety

  • Participation in sporting activities carries inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge these risks.

  • Onside Tours provides qualified staff and follows professional safety procedures but is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical costs incurred.

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions.

 

7. Media & Promotion

  • By participating, players and parents/guardians consent to the use of photos, video footage, and testimonials for promotional and recruiting purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please notify us in writing before the event.

 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Refunds of balance payments may be available only if cancellation is received in writing before the stated deadline.

  • If the event is cancelled by Onside Tours (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a refund of fees paid, excluding non-recoverable costs (e.g., flights, visas).

 

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions).

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
